The device is composed of explosion-proof control box and control circuit.
The explosion-proof box is divided into control chamber and wiring chamber. The upper part is the wiring chamber, and the lower part is the control chamber. The structure is humanized, and the wiring is safe and easy to use. The front and side of the box are respectively designed with operation units such as operation status observation window, button and on-off switch.
usage method
Explosion proof terminal is set in the connection chamber of the control box, and the external main and auxiliary power supplies are connected to the control box through the connection cavity. If the main and auxiliary power supplies are powered on at the same time, the control part always maintains the principle of main circuit priority, and the main circuit supplies power for the load. Under normal working condition, the main controller judges the selection of main and secondary circuits by real-time monitoring the on-off status of main and auxiliary power supply. When the main power supply is cut off, it automatically switches to the secondary power supply; after the main power supply is restored, it automatically switches back to the main power supply, thus realizing the automatic switching function of dual power supply. If the secondary power supply is disconnected after the main power supply is powered on, the secondary power supply lamp will go out until the auxiliary power supply is back on. In addition, the device is designed with humanized functions such as working state indication, manual switching and output disconnection, which is practical, convenient and fast. By pressing the manual switch button, the main and auxiliary power supply can be switched without disconnecting the power supply of the main and auxiliary circuits.
